How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Simply click the link and you’ll be able to see the real time status of your delivery.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email sent to you. If you created an account during checkout, you can also find your tracking number by logging into your account and checking the “My Orders” section.
Can I track my order without a tracking number?
Yes! If you can’t find your tracking number, log in to your account on our website. Under the “My Orders” section, you can select the order you want to track and view its status. If you checked out as a guest, you can use the tracking link received in your shipping confirmation email.
What if my tracking number isn’t working?
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been shipped. If your tracking number isn’t working immediately, please wait and try again later. If it’s still not working after 24 hours, please reach out to our customer service team via email - info@ottoeditions.com
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Express and Next Day shipping options are also available for faster delivery. Check your tracking link for the most current delivery estimate.
What if my order is delayed?
While we strive to ship and deliver your order on time, unexpected delays can sometimes occur due to external factors like weather or carrier issues. Your tracking information will be updated to reflect any changes in the delivery schedule.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please check your tracking link for any updates. Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If you realise an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our very best to help.

We offer Standard, Express, and Next-Day Delivery options. Charges vary based on the delivery method and final destination. Please note, the buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes incurred. All orders will be insured to the full value of the order.

This very much depends on where in the world you are located and what delivery service you have selected.
UK orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive, this is based on a Standard service.
International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

On occasion, we may ask that you share photos of any damaged items so that we can then share these with our couriers or our fulfilment team.
